The Softer Side of the Hunt ~ Weddings and Receptions

At Turkey Trot Lodge we are totally committed to making your Wedding Day a truly memorable experience for you and your guests. The Lodge is available for ceremonies, receptions and limited overnight lodging. We will work closely with you to plan the entire event. You and your guests are guaranteed total privacy as we only book one wedding reception per weekend. No “cookie cutter” weddings here! The Lodge can comfortably seat 125 people at fair weather events and up to 50 folks inside. We also have the option of inside or outside ceremony sites, tables, chairs and the luxury of five bathrooms are all included!

We proudly offer our unique hand-crafted log cabin lodge, unique setting and professional staff for your wedding day. Couples will have the option of selecting their own licensed caterer or one of our preferred caterers for their wedding reception meal. TURKEY TROT WEDDING RECEPTION RENTAL FEES….

For guests wishing to use a caterer these are our facility rental fees starting @ $1,500 up to fifty guests, $2,000 up to 75 guests and $2,500 up to 100 guests (additional guests $15/pp up to 125). Includes Friday evening for Rehearsal/Decorating and up to Six Hours on Saturday for Your Ceremony and Reception ~ Meal not Included (see contract below). Another meal option is to select our always popular ‘Earth~Wood~Fire’ menu. If Italian cuisine is your favorite this meal is for you! If you choose to puchase the menu option below for your wedding reception, we will reduce the menu price by 30% ( = to $35/pp ).

As of ‘Groundhog’s Day (Feb. 2) 2017 Turkey Trot will not be accepting credit cards. We Trade in Good Checks, PayPal and Cash. Sorry for any inconvenience but we just can’t deal with CC processors anymore!
